This is a really fun and festive hat sure to produce smiles all around and all are handmade by me.

24" inside circumference.  If you'd like it to be a snug fit I can add a small piece of elastic to the inside.  NOTE: The White/Gold with velvet flower already has a strip of elastic inside.
